Welcome to Chalet 59, a corner of paradise on the shores of Lac de Guerlédan, in Caurel, Brittany. This seasonal rental offers an idyllic setting for unforgettable vacations.
Chalet features :
Fully equipped kitchen: The open kitchen, with a table seating 6/8 people, is equipped with everything you need. Robot/mixer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, 4-burner gas hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, crockery and kitchen accessories are all available. Tea towels not supplied.
Living room: The living room, bathed in light and offering a magnificent view of the lake, is furnished with a sofa, two small armchairs, a coffee table, a Bluetooth speaker, a 110 cm flat-screen TV, a DVD player and a wifi connection.
Rooms: The simple, functional rooms offer a peaceful night's sleep. Each room has a small wardrobe. Bed linen not provided.
Bedroom 1: Lake side: double bed with closet.
Bedroom 2: Car park side: double bed with closet and desk.
Bedroom 3: For children: 2 single bunk beds with closet.
Bathroom: The bright bathroom is equipped with shower cubicle, bathtub, two basins, towel dryer and hairdryer. Towels not supplied. Separate toilet.
Laundry room: The laundry room includes a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board. Some metal furniture is reserved for the owner.
Terrace and garden: Enjoy the calm and soothing lake views from the 10m2 terrace. Garden furniture, rattan poufs, picnic table, barbecue, hammock and parasol await you in the garden.
Parking: The large parking lot provides parking for 2 cars or one car and a boat trailer. A second entrance from the laundry room provides convenient access to the chalet.
Surroundings: Located on a private, gated estate with secure access, Chalet 59 offers panoramic views over Lac de Guerlédan. Take advantage of water sports and lakeside walks, and explore the surrounding hills for moments of relaxation in the heart of nature.
Boat mooring: If you have a boat, we have a private, secure mooring on the pontoon opposite the chalet. Please contact us for further information.
Cleaning information:
The chalet is to be returned in a correct state, we reserve the right to deduct an amount from the deposit if necessary.
