Lovely Little Apartment with wonderful views

I stayed for a week, in late May 2018, in this comfortable apartment with great views of the town beaches. Ideally situated as excellent restaurants below and surrounding the building. Short walk into town and Marina area where again some excellent restaurants and cafes. Also in a great situation to walk to the other beaches in the Golfe and if you are feeling more adventurous follow the walking trails into the Vineyards of Croix Valmer. Very convenient with regard to driving as close to exit roundabouts for Cavalaire which in the busier months will help avoid the town traffic if you want to head out on day trips. Wonderful balcony also. Michel and his wife were super hosts and I would highly recommend this apartment.

The Studio being situated on the Promenade has magnificent views of the beach and port. The decor is stylish and beautiful, very clean, well equipped with comfortable beds. We enjoyed our stay very much.

À toute proximitĂ© de la plage, commerces et Ă  10 minutes Ă  pied du port et centre-ville.Accueil et Ă©changes en amont du sĂ©jour avec Michel au top, codes pour arriver au parking directement, ultra pratique pour dĂ©charger et surtout stationner tout le sĂ©jour ! Une bouteille de rosĂ© au frais Ă  l’arrivĂ©e et bcp d’attention de la part de notre hĂŽte , arrangeant !Superbe vue depuis le salon et la terrasse en angle, du bon cĂŽtĂ© de la plage du centre-ville.Cuisine bien Ă©quipĂ©e et pratique, ustensiles prĂ©sents , peut-ĂȘtre manque un peu de vaisselle/couverts/verres mais suffisant au final Ă  3 adultes et 1 enfant , avec le lave vaisselle. Les plus : Ă©lectromĂ©nager complet et fonctionnel (nespresso, bouilloire, grille pain, four et micro ondes, induction..) , y compris lave linge : trĂšs utile pour 15 jours en famille. Box internet, wifi, tĂ©lĂ©.Et surtout surtout 
 la clim ! Indispensable Ă  cette pĂ©riode de l’annĂ©e pour (bien) dormir les fenĂȘtres fermĂ©es (restaurants, commerces, bars et animations d’étĂ©)!! FenĂȘtres qui d’ailleurs ont Ă©tĂ© changĂ©es rĂ©cemment et bien insonorisĂ©es / isolĂ©es. Bref un super sĂ©jour de 15 jours en famille.Nous y retournerons volontiers !

Bel appartement extrĂȘmement bien situĂ© avec terrasse avec store trĂšs agrĂ©able. Accueil chaleureux de Michel et son Ă©pouse.La mer est juste en face et malgrĂ© la route Ă  traverser il y a peu de bruit. Les rangements sont en nombre suffisant et l'appartement est bien Ă©quipĂ©. Climatisation et ventilateurs sont trĂšs apprĂ©ciables. Place de parking Ă  l'arriĂšre du bĂątiment trĂšs pratique.

TrĂšs bonne communication en sms et tĂ©lĂ©phonique avec Michel le propriĂ©taire de l’appartement. Nous attendait Ă  l’arrivĂ©e. Une bouteille de rosĂ© en guise de cadeau de bienvenue dans le frigo. Appartement propre et comme dĂ©crit sur l’annonce, avec une trĂšs jolie vue sur la mer et les bateaux et tout le nĂ©cessaire de cuisine. Une trĂšs bonne literie Ă©galement pour passer de bonnes nuits. TrĂšs beau balcon ou l’on peut facilement manger Ă  4. Appartement trĂšs bien situĂ© ou tout est accessible Ă  pied si l’on dĂ©sire ne pas prendre la voiture. Parking sĂ©curisĂ© pour la voiture, ce qui est trĂšs apprĂ©ciable pour passer de bonnes vacances ainsi que la Climatisation qui Ă©tait la bienvenue avec la chaleur de l’étĂ©. En rĂ©sumĂ© trĂšs satisfaite de cette location et de la gentillesse de Michel et de sa femme. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir sans aucun doute. À une prochaine fois.

Bon séjour

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet appartement. L'emplacement est idéal pour celui qui veut aller à la plage tous les jours Par contre attention trÚs bruyant en juillet août, beaucoup de passages de voiture et bar en dessous qui ferme à 3h du matin. Merci à Michel pour les arrangements pour l'arrivée.

Fonctionnel et superbement bien situĂ©, cet appartement vous donnera l'opportunitĂ© de faire de belles promenades Ă  pieds ou Ă  vĂ©lo. A proximitĂ© du centre, on peut effectuer tous les dĂ©placements facilement Ă  pieds. Sa position centrale vous permettra de visiter divers centres d'intĂ©rĂȘts (St Tropez, Bormes les mimosas, Ramatuelle, etc.) trĂšs aisĂ©ment et rapidement en voiture. Bref, je recommande !

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans un appartement tout confort, décoré avec goût. Nous avons aussi apprécié la proximité des restaurants, du parking et surtout la gentillesse des propriétaires qui habitent à cÎté, mais savent rester discrets. Il faut bien sûr ajouter la beauté de cette région, de la mer et des plages à proximité. Bref nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
