Got checked into our room and when we went in the room was dirty. Beds weren’t made. Toilet was plugged. Smelled like somebody was just eating in there. Seemed like a nice place. Just extremely gross to walk into something like that.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and even had mini waffles with strawberry compote and whipped topping! The basketball court was great for the kids. The room was spacious and clean, if a little dated. The sofa bed was not comfortable but those in our family who slept on the queen beds mostly slept well. We would stay here again.

Enjoyable room for larger family. Full kitchen, fridge, sink, dishwasher. Nice setup with seperate bedroom and living room. Pool was a nice size and, the full breakfast was excellent. Would stay at a Residence Inn again.

I am a lifetime Hyatt Globalist. Generally I find Marriotts to be musty and worn. But this Marriott was impressive. Walking in the room it was ice cold air conditioning which I actually prefer when arriving. One bedroom suite, nice kitchen, sofa bed amenities good and one bedroom king well appointed with furniture. Drain in shower but clogged so needs a good unplugging. Breakfast had grape cocktail on the machine. All juices are from concentrate. But I like the grape option, nice treat. I liked the cranberry bagels, strawberry cream cheese. Biscuits and gravy was delicious. They ran out of biscuits and gravy initially. I mentioned I rarely stayed at Marriotts and was looking forward to trying some. Voila, the staff got me some, and was delicious. Eggs, bacon, steel cut oatmeal, fresh cut fruit was nice. Breakfast buffet was cramped and was sort of slammed with a lineup. Buffet could do well to spread out. All in all a pleasant stay. I only give perfect reviews. We stay over 240 room nights per year between our profiles and understand everyone is trying their best. So we only give 10 out of 10 or 5 out of 5 reviews.

Always our first choice!
We are frequent stayers of this Residence Inn in Fargo. It just has never disappointed. We arrived earlier than check in but the staff was very accommodating and got us into a comfortable room right away without hesitation. We always reserve the 2 room with 2 kings suite because it’s the most economical and suites our needs the best. Rooms are spacious, quiet, and always clean. They also have a full kitchen so we can congregate in the living/kitchen area and enjoy our company/ family/friends. Bedding is always crisp white and fresh smelling and bed is comfortable. On this occasion we did find a past guests cosmetic bags in the vanity drawer along with the hotel hair dryer so it does show housekeeping passed up a thorough cleaning, which happens but makes me wonder what else got missed. However, this does not deter us from staying again. Breakfast is amazing and included take and go breakfast sandwiches, eggs, sausage patties, fresh fruit mix, and bread items, and other great options to choose from. Love this hotel & staff and continue to choose this place first all the time.

The room was nice and clean. Would have liked an extra toilet paper in our bathroom because our toilet roll was low on arrival. The hallway carpets need replacing as well the pool and hot tub could use an update. Our neighbors above were very noisy causing us to loose some sleep. I realize that this is not the hotels fault but beware you will hear your neighbors. The hotel staff were very friendly and breakfast was good. I was happy to find a hotel that had actual bedrooms and kitchen.
