Hello I had a problem with the owner of the housing, where he told me that you do not have a reservation and he did not offer to live on your site and contacted the customer service. I spoke to him and told them the same thing and where I was forced to search for another apartment and paid for a night from my account and told me the customer service they are looking for another housing and contact me did not happen and I am very dissatisfied and currently found accommodation on your site and I am willing to pay the difference to him to please my family, From waiting without success and attached letter Hjazi which was confirmed by your company and now either recovered the money you paid or other housing will send you and I have to pay the difference if possible and thank you
