Nice property and friendly helpful staff. Surrounding area is not so nice, although it was raining which always makes things a little less appealing. Don't like the frosted door to the bathroom. Like a bit more privacy

The staff especially Jo and Jai, all of them are very pleasant, accomodating, friendly and wonderful people. The hotel is very clean. The breakfast is great.

This hotel was very clean and in good condition. The staff was professional and friendly. The free breakfast was good quality. It was only a little more than a mile away from the SM Megamall. I would recommend it.
