8 big screen TVs located throughout the house ranging from 55 to 75 inch. Includes 2 living room TV (75") and Master bedroom has 65 inch tv.

2 - Large Patios with string lights, awesome views of lake and mountains and a Sauna Including umbrellas, 3 outdoor living rooms sets, 2 lounge chairs, 3 outside dining tables with 12 chairs.

Kitchen:
Equipped with the following items: basic dining, cooking, and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils, and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons, and more. Other cooking essentials or supplies that are provided (at times, some condiments like ketchup, mayo, mustard. Foil, cling wrap, parchment paper, and zip lock bags as well).

House Supplies:
Your home will be stocked with an initial starter supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry detergent.


Guest access
During your stay at my house you will have full access to the entire house. Please consider this your home during your stay and also please treat the home and neighbors with respect.

– FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS –

Regarding extra guests: 12 guests maximum occupancy which includes adults and children(no extra guests). Please read the house rules for extra information. Bringing more than 12 guests will result in cancellation without refund of reservation.

Pet policy: maximum 2 dogs! You must notify us before bringing pets. Please make sure to clean up after your pets. Our cleaners are not expected to do this type of pet clean up.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?

Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is no later than 10AM.

WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?

This home has keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key.

DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?

There is a departure clean on all stays. A midweek or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.

WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?

All our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. Regular coffee maker and Keurig machines. We also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper.
There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap.

CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?

We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc… so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.

DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?

Most outdoor music systems are disabled due to noise complaints. We recommend bringing a Bluetooth speaker, since you can arrange it where you like and they are easy to connect to! Absolutely no outside music past 10PM. Only low decibel, no amplified speakers.

DO YOU ALLOW PETS?

Our vacation rentals are pet friendly. We allow for up to two pets.

Please absolutely no street parking whatsoever. A $750 fine will be assessed for parking on the street overnight. You must park inside the garage or the driveway only.
