House on one floor built by us to our liking in the center of a 500m2 plot. Recognized by tourism as VTAR. It is very comfortable, spacious, quiet and very bright (all rooms have windows).
With fireplace and heating in all rooms.
With fans in all rooms and air conditioning in the living room and hallway.

4km from the center of Granada, 25km from Sierra Nevada and 65km from the tropical coast.
