The third private bedroom is on the upper level in the loft and is equipped with a queen bed and closet. There is no shortage of outdoor space, so bring your outdoor games, ball gloves and hiking boots. The home comes equipped with 4 camp chairs, one complimentary bundle of wood for the firepit and a picknick table for your outdoor relaxation. Enjoy the wildflowers while you hike the property and explore the creeks, ponds & timber. Did we tell you it’s ok to bring your horse? Yep, you heard that correctly, come ride your horse on the gently rolling acreage. Horse paddocks are also available for an additional charge. This hidden gem is centrally located between Kansas City, Missouri, Warrensburg, Truman Lake and Whiteman Air Force Base. There are plenty of activities that surround this property and there is no shortage of fun to keep you enthralled. There is also a 40 x 80 barn that is available upon request for activities, family reunions and weddings for an additional fee. The barn is equipped with a concrete floor, automatic lift door, lighting, electric range and exterior water hydrant. There and two 30 Amp RV outlets available for an additional fee. Stays over 7 days have an additional cleaning fee of $125 weekly. Pet fees are $50.00 per pet, per week. No Hunting.
