Door slams are very bad, very noisy. They have the wrong door springs. Other hotels also close, but quietly. Heating/cooling system didn't work well. Could not get good temperature control. No openable windows. Noise above the room was very bad also, lots of walking sounds.

Room was good, breakfast was good. Only complaint is the ultra thin tissues and toilet paper. Need to use twice as much, so is it really saving the hotel anything.

It was the loudest hotel i have stayed at, ever. Doors slamming all night long, with being able to hear conversations in the hallways clearly. The smoke detector was like a strobe light in my eye while trying to sleep. The Bed was not Firm as requested.

the rooms must not have any insulation because all we heard was the neighbor's above us fight and talk then in the morning somebody got sick my wife and I didn't sleep at all for two days will never go back

Beautiful but noisy
