The workers at the hotel are good encountered one rude receptionist but overall the experience was amazing they hate it when you book with a third party. Great location. Super clean, and the staff is friendly. The food is acceptable. The only downside is that we were not informed that the kids’ water park was closed for maintenance, especially since the main swimming pool in front of the lobby was also under construction.
