Pleasant 3-star chalet 30 meters from Lac Chambon, ideally located for hikers, fishermen, or families.
The chalet has an area of 150m² of living space and 300m² of land. Close to restaurants, shops.
House comprising a large living room with open fitted and equipped kitchen, 6 bedrooms, 2 toilets, 2 shower rooms and 1 bathroom.
Parking provided for 4 cars maximum.
Baby equipment included.

A deposit of 800€ (not cashed) will be requested when the keys are handed over. (cheque or bank imprint)
