Idyllic property
ALL the family enjoyed the property immensely, from the luxurious heated pool to the extensive well maintained outdoor areas. The spacious rooms with high quality fixtures and fittings where amazing. Located in a quiet area, but also central to places to visit, with local shops and attractions all within ready reach. Relaxing Paris Getaway
My family, including 2 young children, had a lovely stay at this property. The house was clean and well-stocked. The views are amazing and the children had so much fun in the indoor pool. Fantastic house, lovely location.
Both the house and the location were lovely, and the pool was fantastic. A very relaxing place to stay, but with a number of great places to visit locally - Giverny, Rouen, Vernon etc... We had already been to Paris and the D-Day beaches but would be easily day trippable to those places also. Recommended.

Spectacular Home in French Countryside
After looking in Paris for suitable lodgings for our family of 7 (5 kids between 8 and 16), we decided to take a chance on this house in the French countryside with an indoor pool. The photos look great, and everything lived up to our expectations and beyond. The pool was fantastic for our family before and after long days of sightseeing, the rooms are charming and spacious, and the house itself was one of the highlights of the trip. The location was fantastic, too. We made the short but scenic drive in to the little villages of Chambray and Cocherel for fresh baked goods, sausages, and cheeses almost every day. The drive in to Paris was about an hour most of the time, but our location also prompted us to explore the fascinating city of Rouen, with its incredible medieval architecture and history, as well as smaller towns like Pacy-sur-Eure. Truly a fantastic vacation for our family, and this house played a big part in making it so special.

Beautiful house and Magnificent location with views across open countryside
Great place to stay as a Family or as a group, plenty of room and the pool area and disco room finish the experience off superbly. Views from the veranda are Great and plenty of room to eat/ sunbathe and socialise. Fully equipped kitchen comes in handy and the barbecue area being out the side of the kitchen keeps smoke away from the seating area. One thing though...spiders webs too many to count perhaps a run round with a feather duster would sort it. Otherwise we loved every minute and spent some lovely Family time relaxing after our wedding and what has been a very busy year. Thank You

Truely awesome!
An amazing Gite. The house, the grounds cannot be faulted. The pool house is exquisite with a great sound system. We had an amazing stay and a holiday that will fondly be remembered. I would highly recommend this house for a family or group that simply want to chill out. You need not leave the grounds!

Lovely property with amazing nature
Our family enjoyed staying at this property with is surrounded by great nature and nice opportunities for walks with our dog. It is a quiet area where we could relax and enjoy quality time with each other without disturbances. The rooms were nice with some great decor and details. Cet endroit est parfait pour un weekend entre amis ; la piste de danse et la piscine en font un lieu idéal pour une petite fête. Groot huis met verschillende gedeeltes waardoor het heel geschikt is om met grote groep te verblijven. Manager op locatie is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Ook de eigenaar nam nog persoonlijk contact op om te.l vragen of alles in orde was.

A notre arrivée la maison était chauffée et Valérie nous attendait avec une gentille attention de la part de Dominique, le propriétaire, avec qui la communication a été excellente. La maison est superbe et sa configuration de la maison nous correspondait tout à fait : la tour pour le célibataire, les 2 chambres doubles desservies par un même escalier pour les 3 enfants et leurs parents et la magnifique suite parentale pour nous deux. Indépendance de tous garantie. Les pièces de vie sont spacieuses. Nous aurions bien aimé profiter de l’immense canapé devant un feu de cheminée mais l’attraction de la piscine était vraiment trop forte. Température parfaite de l’eau , nous avons nagé (réellement) et aussi sauté, plongé, joué au ballon … et pas vu le temps passé ! Cette piscine est unique ! Nous nous rappellerons longtemps cet excellent week-end mais il faut se rendre à l’évidence : 2 jours n’ont pas suffi à exploiter toutes les possibilités de cette magnifique demeure, de son parc et de la région environnante!
