Our apartment type T2 is located in the new residence MGM Les Balcons Etoiles in Champagny-en-Vanoise.
It benefits from high-end finishes and a unique location at the foot of the gondola linking the resort to the Paradiski ski area (La Plagne and Les Arcs).

The residence comprises 47 apartments on 10 floors connected by 2 lifts. Our apartment, facing south, is on the eighth floor and offers an unobstructed view of the resort of Courchevel, and the lower slopes of Champagny.
The apartment of 39 m2 comfortably accommodates 4 people (ideal for a couple or a family). It consists of 2 rooms: a main room (the kitchen-dining room and the living room), a spacious bedroom and a shower room-WC.
The kitchen is very well equipped: ceramic hob, oven combined microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, blender, toaster, complete kitchen battery and quality dishes. It is furnished with a rectangular pine table.
The living room is illuminated by a large bay window and includes a convertible sofa type Rapido very easy to use with a bed of 160 cm (2 mattresses 80cm).
The room of 12,5 m2 proposes a bed of 160 * 200 cm with on one side a wardrobe and on the other a sorter with 4 shelves. The room is large enough to accommodate an umbrella bed if needed.
The shower room is equipped with a shower cabin, a vanity unit, a towel radiator and a hair dryer.
The balcony, facing south, is equipped with a table for 4 people and two chairs.
The ski room is located on the ground floor of the residence.
