Updated split-level modern home, close to the University of Illinois, Memorial Stadium, State Farm Center, Research Park, great restaurants, grocery stores and it's a quick 5 minute drive to Downtown. The home has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with over 2800 sq ft on a quiet cul-de-sac.
The home is great for entertaining or large groups with its split level modern feel. Guest will have access to the entire home. The home features three bedrooms (1 king bed and 2 queen beds), two bathrooms, kitchen (stocked with pots and pans, plates, glassware, serving dishes, toaster, mixer and a Keurig coffee maker), dining and living room on the upper level while the lower level has two more additional bedrooms (2 queen beds), one bathroom, laundry room and a family room that has a wet bar in it. Additional queen air mattresses available upon request for any booking over 10 guests. The home also offers Bose sound system throughout, smart lighting, smart TV's, apple TV and WiFI.

Short weekend trip with friends
We were looking for a bigger place to live in for the weekend since we live in dorms, and this house was perfect. The furniture is very nice, and it feels just like a real home. Made me want my own house. The amenities had no shortcomings either—and the two pateos was even better. Highly recommend living here with your friends and to celebrate any occasion.

Kenneth was very responsive to questions and the property was exactly as described. It was clean and efficient with what we needed. Since our family couldn’t be together at Christmas, Kenneth even kept up the Christmas decorations. Beautiful Addition!

We were in town for our niece's wedding. this place had multiple bathrooms and bedrooms which was necessary for us all to get ready at the same time. The host Kenneth was responsive and allowed our younger daughter and son in-law to check in a little early. We had a great time.

My daughter was married at Hudson Farms and we chose here to be our home base. Quiet cul de sac, immaculate and beautiful home. Spacious living quarters and beautiful spacious outdoor space. Everything was wonderful including the communication with the owner. I wish I would have known about this home while my daughter was a student of U of I.

Wonderful house and host !
We stayed at this property for my daughter’s white coat ceremony at the college of veterinary medicine at the University of Illinois this past weekend as we live in NC! It was a great entertaining house and had ample room for my large family, as well as plenty of room to host a brunch for many of her Vet friends and their families beforehand! Kenneth was very responsive to any needs that we had, we will definitely be back next May 2024 for her graduation!

Great home Well recommended A contact phone number for host would have been better Master bedroom closet was un usable do to clothing items left inside by owner. Drawer space was also compromised as a result of owner items which forced my mother to have to live out of her suitcase. Totally not acceptable and an inconvenience for patrons

The home was beautiful and the location was close to everything (most importantly Sun Singer which is my favorite place of all time). Communication was wonderful and check in was the easiest. Great Home Base for the Weekend
This house was even better than expected! Larger and had a lot of space. It was also in a very good area near the sports complex at the University. We were in town with our basketball team for a tournament and we shared the house with another family instead of staying in the hotel. We had 4 adults and 4 teenagers and everyone was very happy. The house had plenty of room for everyone to sleep well and relax between games. Also the kids loved the TV room downstairs and the adults appreciated the separate upstairs space to relax. Very nice stay and if we attend the tournament again next year we will look into renting again! Thank you!

Great gathering space
I have never used VRBO before and the host made this process easy for me. We used this space for family to stay while visiting for my husband’s 40th birthday. It had great gathering space for us. The furniture was comfortable and the rooms were spread out between two floors, which is nice for privacy and overall use of the space. We also like the uniqueness of some of the artwork and color choices! We will likely book again in the future. Thank you!

Family Christmas getaway
We used this as a halfway meeting place to share a late Christmas with family. The place is very nice as the pictures indicate and received communications from the property owner. We were very pleased. The only minor drawbacks I can note for us was that there wasn’t any available closet or dresser space to use for coats or suitcases and there were no additional seating suitable for dining as we had 9 people and the table seats six. Minor inconveniences really, the property was wonderful otherwise and we had a great time.
