Our room appeared to be recently updated and was very clean. Bathroom was small and so was the elevator. It is conveniently located just off I-77. It is also next door to a McDonald’s, I-Hop, Cracker Barrel and many more restaurants that are less than a quarter mile away. Our room’s window view was a beautiful site with the snow falling this morning on the Kanawha River. I would stay at this facility again.
My husband and I have stayed here in the past. We come down every June and December for Special Olympics. It is our "Go To" hotel. Our King Room is always clean and roomy. We also had a really nice river view. The front desk gentleman was very nice! Check in was fast and easy. We will definitely be back!

The front staff was pleasant and efficient. The dining room head person was friendly and the food was good and hot. The room was clean but had a musty smell. The bed was comfortable. The drain in the bathroom sink took a very long time to drain each time it was used.
We liked the location to highways and restaurants.
