One block from the heart of the entertainment district of Upper King Street. You will know you are in the South when you are greeted by 6 large palms, a live oak, and a large sycamore tree at the front of the property.
The property consists of three rental units. Unit A which is the bottom floor of the historic house, Unit B (this listing) which is the top floor of the historic house, and Unit C which is the addition in the back of the property.
As you enter Unit B from your private, large porch, you will be stepping into the living room featuring a cathedral ceiling, original beams and fireplace, and historical hardwood flooring. The home was fully restored and renovated to result in Charleston charm with modern convenience.
Love Music? We have an in-wall system for streaming your favorite Spotify or Pandora playlist through the in-ceiling speakers. The property includes Wi-Fi throughout, as well as CAT-6 cables to provide faster, more reliable and more secure internet.
Living room – The living room has a cozy, warm atmosphere perfect for relaxing with friends and family. Plenty of dimmable lighting accenting the cathedral ceiling and beams. The space has 4 comfortable chairs, a pull-out Queen sofa sleeper, and a 55-inch smart, high-definition TV. The living space is open-concept and flows straight into the kitchen.
Kitchen – Whether you are dining in or just hanging out with a coffee or cocktail, the kitchen is made to accommodate you. High end granite, under-counter lighting, dimmable lights, sound system, large refrigerator with ice and water dispenser. Plus, all the conveniences of a modern kitchen: dishwasher, stove, microwave, toaster, garbage disposal, Ninja blender and Keurig beverage maker. The kitchen is also fully supplied with dishes, silverware, cooking pots and pans, wine glasses, cookie sheet, mixing bowls, and casserole dishes.
Bedrooms – After a full day of fun in Charleston, you will be ready to retire to one of the 4 bedrooms. Each bedroom offers an exceptionally comfortable queen bed that is serviced with quality linens. In addition, each one of our beautiful well-appointed bedrooms has access to wireless high-speed internet as well as CAT-6 jacks for the secure minded traveler. Select rooms are equipped with 33" SMART TVs with CAT-6 interfaces for streaming your favorite movies and tunes.
Bathrooms – There are two bathrooms in this unit. The larger bathroom on the right side is located outside of bedrooms 1 and 2. It offers a large shower with dual shower heads, frameless shower doors, custom tiling and a large granite topped vanity. The second bathroom is on the left side of the house near bedrooms 3 and 4. It is tastefully decorated with a custom shower stall and pedestal sink. For your enjoyment, luxury towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap and toilet paper are provided.
Laundry – We have a full-sized commercial grade stacker washer and dryer near bedrooms 1 and 2. Laundry detergent is provided.
Parking – Don’t worry about downtown parking – we have you covered! Our property provides two parking spaces on-site so you won’t need to bother with the busy street or garage.
Need more Bedrooms? - Having a bigger group coming to Charleston with you? Rental of Unit B and our other two units on the property will give you sleeping space for 30 (24 in bedrooms).

Policy regarding Mandatory Evacuation: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Charleston County is given we will refund 100% of all deposits, payments and/or monies paid for the dates of the evacuation. We shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other US states or the world which prohibits you or your guests from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issue, and we will have no further liability. We strongly suggests that our guests obtain traveler's insurance but especially during months when there is a potential for inclement weather ( e.g. hurricane season).
