Bedroom 3: Spacious with a king-sized bed and accent chair, located on the third floor.
Two fully renovated bathrooms with modern fixtures and amenities.
Living Room:

Located on the third floor, a bright and inviting space furnished with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV.
Large glass dining table with seating for six, ideal for gatherings and meals.
Fully-Equipped Kitchen:

Open-concept kitchen with modern appliances including an oven, stovetop, refrigerator, and dishwasher.
Coffee maker, toaster, and basic cooking utensils provided for your convenience.
Outdoor Spaces:

Lovely porch at the back of the house, providing a charming entrance.
Driveway/parking lot available for easy access and convenience.
Location and Parking:

Conveniently located just off Spring Street, offering easy access to Charleston's attractions.
One parking space is included. Lots of room in the driveway to unload.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire second floor of the building, ensuring privacy and security during their stay.

This 2-acre private membership club nestled in downtown Charleston is a modern oasis
offering resort-style amenities and a Bali-Tulum-inspired atmosphere unparalleled on the
peninsula. The property includes a swimming pool, onsite eateries for breakfast, lunch,
dinner, trendy cocktails, and of course poolside cabanas! It also includes an indoor gym and
fitness studio with daily classes, a recovery room full of spa therapies, private
and shared workspaces, live music, and an active calendar of social events.

*Day Passes are complimentary November 1- March 31, unless there is a ticketed event.
 -$15 per person: Sunday through Thursday
- $30 per person: Friday and Saturdays

*On-site luggage storage is available for $10 per bag.
 
*Access to the Wonderer is Subject to change based on Seasonality, Weather factors, and are
first come, first serve, so please make sure to confirm operating hours for the dates of your stay. For visits between April 15th - September 1st, we strongly recommend booking in advance to ensure access. Groups of 8 or more guests are strongly encouraged to book a cabana in advance to ensure an ultimate, premium experience poolside

All guests must be at least 25 years or older to access the Club unless approved is given by The Wonderer management team.

availability, no inconvenience credits will be awarded, and any issues related to your visit

Other Notes: *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking. 

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.

*Crib and high chair available through a third party for an ADDITIONAL RENTAL FEE and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival*

*Evacuation Policy: Get a full refund within 72 hours in case of a MANDATORY evacuation in Charleston County
