They need a little softer beds. If you are on the 1st floor you hear all the cars slamming doors. Other than that enjoyable stay.

The Bistro was nice. I couldn’t read the bottles in the shower to know which was shampoo & conditioner! I’m not familiar with that brand 39 North. I did like the lamps over the bed & desk. After having eye surgery, it was easy to read phone & computer without any glare of bulbs!!

Good morning, I checked in Friday night @7:28 pm. I spoke with Carly at the front counter. She was not friendly and I felt very out of place. Like I didn’t belong at the hotel. The ladies that were there Saturday- Monday were great. Customer service was excellent except for Friday, March 29.
