Convenient to South Park mall area. Room was fine, comfortable. Water fixtures in sink & shower in need of repair (both worked, but splattered water everywhere). Common area are fine, but dated looking. Met our needs.

it is/was a good hotel in a good part of town providing good service. a trifecta. despite it being in a good spot, it needs more after-hours options that are not "transportation" too far. maybe not an option? BonVoy might engage a supplier open to...say midnight?
