Everything was great besides having to pay for a Lyft from the airport. I chose this hotel because of the airport shuttle. I waited at the airport for over an hour for the shuttle that never came. I called the hotel multiple times. No one answered the phone.

My truck was broken into over night. I made a member of the hotel staff aware and was told the security cameras above the entrance would need to be reviewed. After the reporting officer collected my info, he was told by the employee that the cameras don’t work. Was then later told this is a recurring issue at this property and the surrounding ones. No effort has been put in by the hotel or the local law enforcement to prevent this. Was a great way to spend the morning after checking out of my room that didn’t have functioning air conditioning.

This an old property in which there current activity in renovation. Still the rugs are filthy, the chair and ottoman looked as if you should only sit on it in a hazmat suit! Also, skip the shuttle and take a taxi, you will reach your destination much faster! On arrival we were told the shuttle would at the airport in 25 min. One hour later there still no shuttle!. You're paying a premium rate to stay at this hotel and it's so not worth it!!!

This hotel is okay. I was pretty upset in the beginning as I was traveling alone with my toddler and they gave us a room and we go to check in to be met by another family who was in the same room as us. Luckily, they were not in the room yet and were walking in at the same time as us. But it is not fun to lug a toddler and multiple bags back down the elevator and wait 20 mins to get assigned a new room. With only a “sorry about that” from the front desk.

Nice hotel but needs repairs
Pool was closed, air conditioner didn't work properly - they came to fix it, but it kept turning off throughout the night, one elevator broken...comfortable, quiet, and clean, but had maintenance issues.

Overall the stay was fine, the staff was nice and the location was great. The bad things were that first, I checked in on the app and chose a room on the 7th floor. My room was confirmed on the app and when I arrived that room wasn’t available and we had to go to the first floor. 2nd, the sofa bed didn’t have any sheets on it and we arrived after midnight. We had to use an extra sheet that was in the closet the first night but no fitted sheet. Finally the a/c wasn’t working great. After asking the front desk it got better but it wasn’t the best and it felt that way throughout the entire hotel. Everytime we walked in it felt warm.
