No hot water and when told the front desk, the said it would take a few days to order the part needed. Would not even give us a new room. Staff were very rude. Acted like it was not their job to help us.

Property is in a great location for being able to walk around uptown Charlotte. It's close to a lot of Charlotte attractions. Overnight parking is expensive, bur they dont try to hide it, they are upfront about it. Worst part of the trip was spending the day out and about in Charlotte only to come back to our room at 8pm to discover that housekeeping forgot to clean our room. Called desk and then we had to vacate the room for another hour while that got done. I have had far better experiences and ewually, if not lower, priced locations in the same vicinity.

The property had an artist approach. The atmosphere was very friendly and the whole staff was amazing at all levels. My wife and family stayed for a Panthers game and look forward to a future stay in Charlotte. Definitely a great place to stay.

We selected a room online that said terrace. To us, terrace met overlooking an area. We certainly were. Terrace meant an open private party area was outside our room. We had arrived in town after a long travel. We got in our room and found a party of 75 people literally outside our window. We weren't overlooking, we were next to! We could have opened our window and touched the saxaphone player and disc jockey. It was super loud. The staff told us not to worry, they party would be over by 8:30. That was told to us at 3:30. So much for relaxing in our room. We requested a room change or reduction in price on our room. Neither happened. We got no rest, trudged to what was supposed to be a nice evening, and went home early to hopefully get some rest. We were excited that there was a rooftop bar. The bar was open very limited hours. The bar on the main floor was nice, but the prices were very high. We are not naive to hotel bar pricing, but this was high. The beer selection was quite small. I would recommend another hotel in the are with a smaller price tag. The Grand Bohemian was not so grand.

Loved our stay here. The staff was great, the hotel is beautiful, the bathroom amenities are perfect. They’ve thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. The hotel is a short walk to so many attractions - Bank of America stadium, Truist field, NASCAR museum, convention center,etc. We enjoyed a cocktail in the rooftop bar, annd there are lots of good restaurants in the area too. We’ll be back for sure!

Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The customer service was great. The bed was comfy, the food at the hotel restaurants were good (ESPECIALLY THE ROOFTOP BAR)! I would recommend to friends & family.

Not worth the money at all!
My room was not ready at 4 which is check in. We had an event to attend and were on a time schedule. We didn’t get into our room until 450 and were late to our event because we still had to get dressed. The lobby was packed of people in the same situation. I also was not given the king room I reserved. I was given a queen room that had a door to the next room. I could hear everything that was going on in there. It was an awful stay.
