No heat in my room all night

No heat was in the room even after turning the unit on 83 heat. I left it on over 70 while I went out hoping to be warm upon my return and it was cold. Then I turned it on 83 and it stiil didn’t get warm all night.

Beware, there is major remodeling going on in the common areas. The lobby is a tiny temporary area off the tenth floor elevator and the breakfast area is a small, sad conference room. Orbitz and Hyatt Place had this pretty important information, buried under the “policy” section half way down. So imagine our surprise. Shame on someone…. Stay somewhere else.
