The building is newer. Staff were absolutely amazing:front desk, housekeeping and breakfast attendant. Hotel is within walking distance to a few restaurants. Everything was clean. Hand sanitizers were out and full. Overall one of the best places we have stayed.
I have to say this place was very good. The rooms were spacious and clean. The check in and check out process was a breeze. There are several great options to eat around the hotel. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat.
We arrived early than expected and we were allowed to check in well before 3pm, while we did pay a fee it was nice to not have to worry about finding something to do while we waited. Tevon was the best, he works the front desk and was very friendly and helpful.
My stay was amazing , staff was friendly , check in was smooth . The only thing is the charging to check in early. I asked to check in early and I was given two different prices. If the room is ready I should be able to check in early free of charge
At check in, our price went up drastically to what i was told my total amount would be at check-in. I always make sure to read the fine print, however there security deposit is not listed. On top of that, they dont take cash. Again, not listed anywhere. 8 hours away from home& no access to a bank to deposit money made it quite inconvenient. If it wouldnt have been for another damily member, we would have had to cancel our trip.
We were also told at check-in we would receive free breakfast, but then was charged for breakfast-i had to make sure to check every day of our 7 day stay.
Place was very clean, beds i didnt care for at all but thats my preference.
Had absolutely no problems with staff until overnight- everytime i went out to smoke, i had to beat on the doors continuously to be let in again due to the girl working sleeping on the couch. QUITE inconvenient.
Hyatt place typically does not disappoint. The hotel is what you would expect from this chain. Location had lots of restaurants around, check-in and check-out were fast. Rooms spacious and clean. Staff was curteous.
