Made a reservation with Expedia as always. Arrived at the hotel after an 8 hour drive from Pittsburgh. Said my reservation was cancelled (not by me) and they had no rooms available and I had to make other arrangements. They were rude and not accommodating at all. Left stranded.

Hotel was great Staff was great Location was great my only complaint was the parking it’s either valet parking for a fee or city parking for a fee I’ve never stayed in a hotel that doesn’t offer free parking for overnight guests with the cost nightly rates parking should be free

Great place for a weekend staycation. The location is perfect and the rooftop bar is probably the best one in town. The room was large, clean and comfortable. Would definitely come back.

I liked the Location. Nice places to eat and very walkable. Hotel is not worth $ 100.00 A NIGHT HOLDING FEE. WE WERE THERE 5 DAYS $500.00 HELD I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY MONEY TO CLEAR BEING HELD. THERE WAS NO DAMAGE TO THE PROPERTY. TRY OMNI ONLY $100.00 HOLDING FEE FOR YOUR ENTIRE STAY ! WE VISITED IT. NEXT TRIP TO CHARLOTTE WE WILL STAY AT THE OMNI LOTS OF STORES INSIDE THE HOTEL.
