Nice hotel at great rate
This hotel has the most friendly and helpful staff ever! It is a little older hotel but the nice touches and wonderful staff make up for the few shortcomings. The bed and room were comfortable and everything was clean. It’s a nice hotel at a decent rate.

Surprisingly good!
We had no particular expectations for the hotel from when i booked it. It was easy to fin, with lots of restaurant options nearby. The front desk agent was friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable! For the price, an excellent place to stay! I would definitely stay again!!

Sporadic internet service, Roku poor TV choice, noisey and difficult to operate portable A/C unit that sat on the floor. No Breakfast service of any kind, just coffee. This used to be a nice place, will not stay here again.

Pros: This property was nice, clean, updated, trendy, and spacious (I stayed in a suite), and the staff was friendly. Cons: This area was not very walkable, and I was unsure how safe the overall area was. A (very kind) homeless man was outside the hotel at 5 a.m. when I went to let my dog out, and I had seen several others in the area throughout my stay. Several access points (near the dog area & the outdoor lounge) were open at all times, so there were possible safety concerns for some. The only thing that frustrated me was the internet was not working, so neither were the TVs (they used Roku). They had been in touch with Spectrum but were very nonchalant about the whole thing while I sat in a hotel room for two days with absolutely nothing to do (I was there due to Hurricane Helene). Because of this, I had to switch hotels. I don't think they were letting new visitors know (or at least they didn't let me know), which I didn't appreciate.
