They need Pest control
I must first say, there was roaches, ants, and spiders EVERYWHERE!!! Which is why I put 2 stars for cleaniness. So at first I was very excited to rent this property. I'm 35 years old and my guest was 34-44 age range. The owner spoke me like a child via messages on VRBO and phone call. Kind of felt insulted. I even called to explain I'm not a child and I understand the rules of your home, never have a received a call back. I wouldn't recommend this place. The way the owner was treating me you would of thought it was 5 star but communication was bad and the house was worse.

Great location!
We had a great stay here. Loved the location and the property was clean. Only reason I gave 4/5 is there were no kitchen towels and no wash cloths. Other than that was perfect size for my family. They also allowed us to check in an hour earlier, which was very nice! So thank you!

Overall, the house met our expectations regarding the family time together
The house was as pictured on the website. There was some concerns regarding the clealiness of the home, which was addressed immediately. I would also like to suggest a shower caddy for the bath rooms, as there is no space to place your shower gels or soaps , in the shower.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home is well appointed and the pictures accurately represented the property. It was centrally located and made is easy to get to/from downtown. There were a few minor suggestions made to the property owner. But, overall we would highly recommend.

This quaint and stylish home has a fantastic location to access all areas of Charlotte....within 15 minutes (including parking time), we were in SouthEnd and NoDa, our favorite areas. The home is comfortable. If you want to do any major cooking, bring supplies to do so. You wil be happy with your choice of this place to stay!

I paid a lot of money for this rental. At the very least, I hoped not to see any roaches. We saw several. The place did appear clean, but the pest issue was unsettling. Especially considering the costliness.

Great house and location!
