Great place - perfect if traveling with dogs
The place was great for our quick weekend stay. Plenty of room and the place was nice. We had plenty of space for our dogs. The fenced in backyard was perfect. The lawn was mowed and everything was easily accessible. No complaints!

Enjoyable stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home, though more seating could be added to the family room. A lovely note was left for us by the owner. We enjoyed playing basketball in the nice backyard with my son who was looking to relocate there. A very enjoyable stay!

Very nice house in a neighborhood
The house was very nice. Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived. The backyard is decent sized for a 70lb German Shepard. We had the wrong code for the key sent to us, but the nice guy on the ring doorbell gave us the correct one. That was the only hiccup the entire stay. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was decently stocked with a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, and some pots, pans, plates, and utensils. There is now a comfortable chair in the living room along with the couch and more patio furniture, I would stay again if I am ever back in the area. The owners need to update the photos,

Cute little house. Great backyard for dogs
This is a nice little house. Very comfortable bed. We had our 2 dogs with us so the fenced back yard was perfect. The TV didn't play any local stations or cable. Only some of our Amazon Prime stations worked. That was a bummer. There were no bugs in the house but the roaches were all over the back porch at night. The garbage cans outside had trash so the flies were all over. The house sits back at the end of a very crowded community. Houses are very close together. I probably would not stay here again.

Cute house inside
Fantastic backyard for our service dog. Could use more seating in the living room. It was a bit tight with 3 adults. Otherwise, everything was great. Everything we needed. Only downside is the neighborhood is very tight. We had several problems getting out of the driveway with cars parked behind us. Would still recommend though!

Perfect for a mini vacation!
The house was perfect size for our family of 5, including our infant. We found an air mattress with no pump and contacted the owners who dropped one off within an hour so we could use it. That’s top notch service right there! Our dogs loved the backyard and the kids loved the basketball hoop as well. We would definitely stay here again.

sufficient plus
kitchen utensils stocked enough to make thanksgiving dinner. Back yard a plus. no garbage bags found anywhere needed to go and purchase. beds are a queen and two fulls...not listed this way. cold and not a lot of blankets one plate found till late day 2 where 3 plates found far back in dishwasher...went and bought paper plates. did not find cords for backyard lights till cleaning up. parking very very very difficult except 1-2 cars in driveway. ...no place to park. place was sufficiently clean....not as superclean as most during covid. overall sufficient plus

A few issues
This house was really beautiful and the property manager was quick to fix things. Unfortunately when we got there the refrigerator was not working. No big deal except everyone got to go have fun while I sat there with maintenance for almost 2 hours while they fixed the fridge. The beds aren't squeaky mentioned in the last reviews but in the master bedroom the headboard makes noise and is loose. The bath tub seems to be setup so you can only take showers in it or it just may be stuck? Also none of the beds looked like a king to me but I could be wrong. We did enjoy the boardgames in the closet. Lots of room for kids. Playing basketball. Also the location was great for what we needed (renaissance festival and Carowinds)

The refrigerator leaked once the clients first arrived and the 1st shower is very small.. can't turn or hardly wash.. water temp was also luke warm not hot at all. Also, 1 bed in the bedrooms was hard as a prison cot and creeked with every move. The house was very nice overall regarding the minor issues.

Okay for a short stay
The property shows as pictured, however there were a few things that came up during our stay. The washer seemed to have mold in it, the fridge leaked (but this may have been a one time thing), the main bathroom shower was tiny, I could barley extend my arm when washing. The most important issue was that the beds were VERY VERY SQUEAKY! You can’t turn over, move, sit, change positions without it being very loud. The beds are bad! Lastly, the neighborhood at one point I’m sure was nice.. it seems like houses where stuffed in the subdivision and neighbor dogs would roam into the yard randomly. We just had a short two day stay, when some of the concerns were brought to the attention of the property manager they were very responsive. Overall I was mildly satisfied.
