The hotel worked for the one night I needed, but there were some concerns. The room had an unpleasant smell, and the carpet could really use a deep cleaning. It was also a bit noisy, as it’s right by the road. On a positive note, the front desk clerk was friendly and welcoming. There a few restaurants nearby to include Outback, Chick-Fil-A and McDonalds. Overall, it served its purpose, but and soundproofing could be improved.

Its not a quiet place. The continental breakfast is not great. The price was not worth what we got. Sad. One of the worst hotels weve stay in.

For an older hotel it was very clean and very nice staff. The price through Expedia was very affordable! Didn’t get a chance to eat the free breakfast but when checking out it smelled Wonderful!!! Will definitely stay when visiting Kannapolis, NC again!

Good for the budget
The room clearly looked like it’s been recently redone. It was clean and smelled nice when we arrived. I was a bit concerned with the exterior rooms but it felt quite safe and the parking lot seemed well monitored. Breakfast was nicer than I expected with fresh waffles. The bed was noisy but the water pressure was great. It’s not a fancy nice hotel but it was nice for a budget option.

This place was NASTY!!!! The room was smelly, dirty and it felt unsafe. Housekeeping did not clean the room. The hand lotion bottle was half full :-0! Therefore, it appears they didn't put out a fresh supply. Lesson learned!
