You CANNOT reach the front desk by phone!!! I have stayed here twice in a 5 month span and both times the number to the property will not get you anyone. I did not like the 2 inch gap at my door of my room. Very noisy guests above my first floor room. All day and night I lived under a friggin' bowling alley seemed like. Room was clean but towels are basic and even my suite is on par with living in a double wide trailer. No elegance. In a nutshell Sleep Inn is THE cheapest option you will have to stay near the Racetrack and Concord Mills Mall. So if you don't plan to spend much time in your room and just need a decent place to hold you down for a few days this is the spot. There is ample parking around rear of hotel. Location is perfect to everything in Concord and Charlotte area. Concord is a fairly ritzy area so don't expect to chill on the "cheap" in Concord Mills. Nearby mall is largest in NC so expect just that. Welcome to the Queen City!!!

This hotel needs some updates

The shower curtain was too short and put more water on the floor of the bathroom than was in the shower. TV remote was gross and no back to hold the batteries in. Lamp by the bed was broken, furniture was in bad shape, and tables had something on them that wouldn't come off. The sink didn't have a stopper or screen to keep anything from falling down the drain and the sink was cracked or extremely scratched...nasty to look at while brushing teeth.

The staff is very professional. I love Angelica and the housekeeping staff. I would recommend this hotel because of them. I did not like the parking due to work trucks including a tractor trailer makes it hard to park.
