DO NOT BOOK HERE IF YOU ARE A SINGLE, SOLO WOMAN!!! I have been booking on Expedia for over a decade with no issue. Found BLOOD on headboard, then after they upgraded the room my sister came back to the room to see someone else came in and moved the TV and stole used underwear. Security confirmed someone else came into the room. Management refused to provide an incident report. Stay safe, book anywhere else.

They want to charge you for breakfast..
This experience would have been better, but every time we stay here, we have to remind them of the free breakfast that is included for whatever reason they always forget and attempt to want to charge you. Every time we have stayed here we noticed there is a fee that pops up. This place seems like a money pit.

Underwhelming
Check in was terrible, they initially said the room we booked was unavailable. Then suddenly after 30 minutes our room “became available”. It was a very unorganized and stressful check in after coming off the road. The room also was not as updated as pictured online.

One of the biggest reasons that we booked this hotel was because of the indoor pool. It's frustrating to check-in and be told it's closed for maintenance. Sort of felt like a total waste of money at that point. The area it's in isn't the safest either. All the restaurants and businesses keep their doors locked at night and in the early morning. Cops were surrounding a building right around the corner from the hotel one night, as well. Overall, the hotel itself was fairly nice and the staff was kind and helpful, but overall it was super disappointing.
