Roach infested, should not be open for the public. Had alarm going off for two hours. No memo/disclaimer about entering room to spray for roaches and told us not to spray additional roach spray for our own safety. Do not waste your money, better off camping.

So the first room we was giving my wife and her friend went to check it out and found dead bugs and blood in the room. So then the nice gentleman at the desk gave us a different room. Well that room the A/C did not work. They had no maintenance on site to fix it either. There was no other rooms available.

This is a weekly rental, kitchenette type place frequented by construction workers. Although it is brand new, it is aging rapidly, and doesn’t have the typical amenities of hotel/motel chains like hair dryers, soap and shampoo. My unit had a refrigerator with dented up door, and a tv that was on when I got there and couldn’t be turned off without unplugging it because the remote didn’t work and was missing buttons. Further, there was nothing more than a window blind covering the window, that was neither sufficient nor functional: the control wand was missing.

Great Location...
2nd Visit - Elevator issues the first time - working this time. Only issue was a smell in the elevator lobby - not overpowering, but more of a chemical small (Possible hydralic elevator fluid or something from the indoor pool across the hall. Everyting was clean as always. GREST location - would stay there again...

It took 15 min to have someone come to the front desk the room like sweat no shampoo, no conditioner just a bar of soap towels were dirty.

Huge mistake
It reaks like weed and this place does not have a check in counter past 11pm and the guy they send to check you in takes about 20 min to get there and isn’t happy about coming after 11pm. None of our keys worked which he then had to follow us all floor to floor to let us into our rooms with the master key. My key never did work. This is not a hotel, it’s used as a Uni housing and should NOT be on hotels.com. It was clean and comfortable enough, minus the domestic I had to listen to next door all night long, but no front desk to report to! I would never stay here again.
