A full-size bed in one bedroom with shared hall bathroom. The pond can be seen from this room. Near UVA, CHO airport, and UVA & Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospitals, Room area 120 Sq ft is in a 4300 square foot house. Beautiful sunroom with a vaulted ceiling, an office area, three walls of windows, and stunning views. Stunning dining room with a brick fireplace. A TV room, two more seating areas, etc. Unbelievable isolation and privacy right in the middle of Charlottesville. Incredible location!
