You have the whole house and 5 acres to yourself! This fully renovated one story home features rustic stained concrete floors, a brand new kitchen with all new appliances, a spacious wet-room, a comfortable master bedroom with a charming back porch and closet for plenty of storage space. Spacious, eat-in kitchen features gorgeous granite countertops, all new appliances including a full-size refrigerator, oven/stove, microwave, coffee maker, Keurig, and toaster oven/air fryer, as well as all of the essential dishware, cookware and utensils. The living room has a comfortable leather sectional and a queen futon.
