Check in was great. We have stayed here before but this time tried the executive king room on 13th-top floor. The hallways upstairs smelled fresh, the room looked great when we checked in. Beautiful room and nice view. There is an executive lounge that was nice-pretty busy in the morning next time we will go earlier for that. Good stay

We did online check in. The clerk at the front desk just gave us our cards with no other conversation or instructions. Info like where to park, our room number, how to get to our room, the fact you need a key card to get the elevator to the floor we were staying would be helpful. The pool was shutdown for repairs which disappointed our daughter. The hotel including our room are in good condition but are worn and need a refresh. Love being connected to the mall. $25/day parking is ridiculous considering the mall has free parking. Restaurant looked good but seemed to fancy for a family to eat at. Despite all the negatives, it was a good experience at an ok price.

We had a maintenance issue in original room 927. The lights sounded like a jet and the sink was slow to drain. They offered us a room on 12th floor that was exceptional. I recommend adding the 50 charge for the exec. lounge. The food was great, and service was amazing. The staff are always fantastic at this hotel. We always choose this one for how great staff are compared to the jw.

The room was needing some attention. The seat of the chair in the room was shredded. The room felt clean but there were drips or stains on the bathroom walls. Sadly, I was hoping to enjoy the pool, but it was closed for renovations. I think the hotel will be spectacular when its all updated.

I honestly thought the room had a microwave, but when we arrived, there was none. There were only two towels placed in the room, so we had to ask for additional towels and blankets to accommodate my two children. The ambience of Radisson Blu was spot on, but hoping they could place a microwave in the rooms and maybe include more amenities when we specifically included the number of people staying in the room.

Parking arm broke, waited while traffic backed up and five valets stood around figuring out a plan. I have a parking voucher and was first in line at the broken gate, Asked if I could park and work out with the desk later….they declined for about 10 minutes until they had a more major traffic jam, then agreed. The $50 temp charge for incidentals is normal, In the middle of the night a random charge hit my credit card for $123, looking forward to working that out along with my parking,
