Our cottage was designed and conceived for you to spend an unforgettable stay.
Different spaces are dedicated to the comfort and privacy of all its occupants. 
Large or small, everyone will find his account.
Whether you are with friends or family, up to 16 people, you will never feel crowded.
Sauna, spa, pool, gym, games room, living room with central fireplace, bar, create as many warm and friendly atmosphere.


Chatel is a resort in the heart of the Portes du Soleil where you will find all the activities necessary for a successful holiday. (indoor and outdoor pool, ice rink, restaurants, bars, ...)

"The chalet les Laurentides" is located in the heart of the village of Châtel, 350 m from the start of the slopes (sector Super Châtel) and shops.
The chalet offers comfort and luxury services.
After a day of skiing or walking, you can relax in the Sauna, or you may prefer to enjoy the outdoor spa in water at 39 °.
The cottage of 300 m² will accommodate up to 16 people in optimum comfort.
Every room with a shower room with toilet.

The cottage has a double garage where you can park two vehicles.
Parking is an additional 4 vehicles outside on your private property.

A separate entrance gives access to the ski room.

The ground floor :
A spacious lobby welcomes guests, giving direct access to the laundry room (washer and dryer) and ski storage (dry shoes).
At this level are:
- a bedroom with a double bed (sleeps 2) equipped with a shower room and a toilet,
- a dormitory with 6 beds including 2 bunk beds (six beds) equipped with 2 shower rooms and 2 toilets,
- a games room equipped with a football table, a large television, a games console ...,
- Fitness room with a bike, treadmill, elliptical trainer, weight machine, shower and toilet
- sauna for eight people with shower
- an independent toilet

Level 1:
- Large dining room of more than 30 m² where you can simultaneously eat 16 people without jostling you.
- Open kitchen of 16 m² very functional, 2 sinks, 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers, 2 microwaves, a cooking island with 2 induction plates (8 fires), a bar equipped with a beer pump (supply of beer keg extra), storeroom (2 raclette machines, 2 melting machines, 2 Pierrades),
- a 30 m² lounge where you can relax around a fire or in front of a good movie (big screen).
- an outdoor terrace overlooking the village (access to the spa)

Level 2 :
- A space of 30 m² dedicated to relaxation where the billiard awaits you for convivial evenings. You will enjoy exceptional views of Châtel and its ski area.
- A bedroom with a double bed (sleeps 2) equipped with a bathroom (bath and shower) and a toilet,
- A bedroom with a double bed (sleeps 2) equipped with a shower and a toilet,
- A room with a double bed and two bunk beds (sleeps 4) equipped with a shower and a toilet.
TOTAL OF 16 SLEEPING COMFORT

The cottage and of course equipped with internet wi-fi. 
All rooms have a safe and a TV.
In the summer season, we make available on outdoor patios, tables, chairs, deckchairs and table tennis.

You can, if you wish, enjoy the following services:
- "Breakfast" (set table with pastries, bread, orange juice, coffee ...)
- "Cleaning end of stay" (possibility during the stay).
There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker, and housekeeping is provided on request.
Don't miss out on the many recreational opportunities, including a spa tub, a sauna, and a fitness center. Additional amenities at this chalet include an arcade/game room and barbecue grills.

Beautiful house at first sight, but with many issues
First couple of days were magical, with mountain sceneries, great food and amazing company. We were enjoying the house, but then things started taking turns for the worse. First small issues, like clothing drier did not work. This was resolved by the owner installing new one couple days later (but how many loads of laundry do you need to do on 1 week) he mentioned he stayed there over Christmas (2months prior) and he knew about the issue. BBQ ran out of gas (manager replied winter is not for BBQ lol. One dishwasher stopped working (luckily there was another one that worked). Unfortunately then things started turning even worse. Hot water and heat in the house stopped working, with pungent smell of gas present (this is a winter vacation). Manager/owner could not find anyone to come and look at the issue until the next day, so we waited. Next day we saw some workers, thinking we should be good. But after a day of inquiries, it became apparent we will not have heat and hot water for another day. We have guest from around the world and more importantly 4 young kids. Owner rented us one hotel room and gave us firewood to stay warm. Problem got solved next day by filling their house gas tank, that was empty! Adding insult to injury we were charged extra cleaning fee and for the hotel room we did not use as the water got FINALLY fixed… was this just bad luck or lack of basic maintenance?

Great house for family reunion for all ages
Walking distance to town, lake and restaurants. The house is well equipped and confortable. We were 14. Lovely view from house. Kids enjoyed games, baby-foot, gym, billiards & jaccuzziping-pong table. Plenty of bathrooms. Gorgeous views

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille dans ce chalet en février 2022 et en sommes revenus ravis ! Il est idéalement placé et permet d'accéder aux commerces et aux remontées mécaniques très rapidement. Il est très spacieux, très bien équipé et d'une propreté irréprochable. De surcroit, le contact avec M. Riauté et Christine était simplement parfait, ils sont très réactifs et très arrangeants. Nous recommandons fortement ce chalet, vous ne pourrez pas être déçu !

Le chalet est parfait et tout équipé pour 16 personnes On s y sent de suite comme chez sois De plus il est très bien situé à environ 5 min à pied du télécabine de super chatel et suffisamment en retrait pour être au calme le soir venu Tout se fait à pied à partir du chalet La communication avec Anthony et Christine est plus que parfaite Bref je ne peux que vous recommander vivement cette adresse pour passer des moments inoubliables en famille ou entre amis

In 1 woord fantastisch! Prachtige woning en werkelijk alles wat op de site staat wordt overtroffen. Een prachtige plek waar ieder individu zich na het skiën kan vermaken; van een biljartpartij, een wedstrijd tafeltennis tot relaxen in sauna, een gezellig biertje van de tap of lekker in de jacuzzi. Elke kamer top, zeer uitgebreide keuken, badkamers zijn meer dan volledig en het geheel is smaakvol ingericht. Op loopafstand van het dorp en skibus( <10 minuten) en de supermarkt op 10 min rijden. Super begeleiding van de host en Christine en snelle reactie op alle vragen. Wordt een uitdaging om iets beters te kunnen vinden voor zoveel personen. Anthony, bedankt!

Un séjour inoubliable !
Ce magnifique chalet est fait pour que chacun puisse profiter de tous les espaces dédiés aux sports ou à la détente... L’emplacement est idéal, à proximité du centre ville et pourtant au calme. L’accueil est chaleureux, en cas de besoin (ce fut notre cas) tout est fait pour donner une réponce efficace.

We stayed in this house in summer. It is a 3 minutes walk down to the village if you like to be in the busy area otherwise you can enjoy the peacefulness of the house and garden. The house was in a superb condition. Thank you. Nothing was missing. Good quality in everything, nice design Lots of bathrooms, lots of space and comfortable beds. I can higly recommend this house. We were a family of 8.

Top segment luxe chalet met een goede ligging
Van alle gemakken voorzien, en dan is het ook echt ALLE gemakken. Voor de grotere groepen is alles dubbel uitgevoerd in de keuken: twee vier-pits inductie kookplaten, twee koelkasten en zelfs twee vaatwassers. Het chalet is nog maar een paar jaar oud en is smaakvol ingericht en gebouwd met veel hout en natuursteen. Daar komt nog bij dat alles zeer fraai en kwalitatief op zeer hoog niveau is uitgevoerd. Er is heel veel ruimte in het chalet zodat je elkaar nooit in de weg loopt. De ligging is ook goed: op wandelafstand van het dorpscentrum en -zelfs op je skischoenen- is de skilift Superchatel makkelijk binnen 10 minuten te bereiken. Het busstation waar de bus vertrekt is nog iets minder ver lopen en dan ben je snel bij Linga en Pré la Joux (twee andere skiliften). De bussen rijden heel frequent. Terug lopend naar het chalet zijn de laatste 40 meter wel stevig omhoog. Omdat er in onze week sneeuw lag, waren er voor onze auto voor dat stukje de sneeuwkettingen nodig. Overigens, een 4-wiel aangedreven auto rijdt er probleemloos omhoog.
