Property was nice enough as it has been remodeled. There are many little things that need maintenance; inside elevator floor indicators, shabby workmanship with painting , laying of tiles etc

Check in was easy, got to the rim and it smells like cigarettes, changed rooms and it also smells bad.. very moldy. Lots of messy painting, loud fan that you can't turn off, no pool, bathroom door was hard to shut.. I expected better for $185.00

I walked in at 12 am exhausted Sam greeted me and I was a ball of goofiness. He had a sense of humor, he checked me in, he was professional and I will never forget Sam!!! Thanks Sam! The rest of the staff was amazing too. My room was super clean no issues no weird bugs or else I would have screamed. Overall it was Amazing!!!! 10/10

My family and I enjoyed our stay here in Chattanooga! The staff were very kind and hospitality. Breakfast was great! Enjoy being close to the eateries and interstate. For next trip, will book with Beaumont again.

It was a great room and quiet. How ever I was charged a $150 dollars and the clerk said it would refund in 24 hours I was told this by night and day shift, it has now been 8 days and my back has not received a refund, Bank blames merchant merchant blames bank. Why did the hotel clerk say 24 hours I even offered cash if would take longer than 24 hrs to refund my $150
