The room had big bugs flying around. Fridge and bathtub were dirty. The whole building smelled weird. We went to go ask the lady at front desk about it and she told us we should have booked on the second floor. She was rude and no attempt to help. We decided to leave and stay at Holiday Inn downtown Chattanooga and it was great. On our way out the front desk lady said “peace b******” to myself and children (5 and 12). Parking lot was empty so it looks like I was the only one who knew not to stay here!!

First room we checked into the tv didn’t work. We got moved to a different room. Both rooms were very beat up. Holes in the walls, wall fixtures missing and screw anchors pulled out. Woodwork badly scraped up and walls scratched down to the drywall. Hair dryer was pulled off the wall and missing in the second room. That said, the room was very clean and the breakfast was decent. Front desk host Toni went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. She is the reason we gave the review a “good” score.

Excellent spot to drop our stuff and head to Ruby Falls. Very inexpensive, clean, and a decent breakfast. I recommend if you are trying to save money for Chatanooga excursions.

The first room that I was put in was horribly dirty. There was food (or other substance) smeared on nearly every wall. The front desk clerk had no problem moving me to another room. That one was clean but you could tell that the place needed an overhaul. Back entry to the hotel did not lock at all. Back entry was also very dirty.
