My wife and I recently stayed at the Element Hotel and overall had a great experience. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, and the amenities, especially the fancy coffee machine, made mornings a delight. Breakfast was a highlight with a well-stocked selection and an excellent omelet bar.
However, there were a few small drawbacks. Upon arrival, we had to wait several minutes to check in due to understaffing at the front desk. It seemed like the same staff was handling phone calls and guest check-ins, which slowed down the process. Additionally, we had to request more toilet paper, and a bulb was out on one of the nightstands, which should have been addressed beforehand. I would also suggest covering the bread and bagels during breakfast time for better freshness.
Despite these minor inconveniences, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the overall experience was positive. We would definitely consider staying again. With a few adjustments, the Element Hotel could be even better!
