Hotel and staff were great, rooms were clean and had zero complaints. The area around looks like its going through some changes so the surrounding area was what made me say it was average. Would gladly go back to this hotel when traveling again (it was a rest stop on our way further south)

Ample parking, friendly staff, room was clean and comfortable. Area was quiet. Overnight stay to check out Chattanooga. A few great attractions such as the underground waterfall, the steepest train ride, and the Little Debbie Park.

The property was clean and appeared recently renovated. I was taken aback to see several dogs in the lobby/elevator area and one escaped into the hallway on my floor. I also saw one have an "accident" by the elevator doors. The bathrooms were nice and clean, but those small, flat bed pillows are bad!
