The hotel was very close to downtown which was amazing. The staff was very friendly except the kitchen staff and bar staff were very very slow and unavailable many times. The hotel was very clean I’m a definitely enjoyed our stay and if we return to Chattanooga we’ll definitely stay in this hotel.

This property was elegent but, simple. We where very pleased that they had a New Years Eve celebration. It allowed us to take part, have fun without having to drive. The parking is horrible though. Parking lot is not really a parking lot. The valet men did a great professional job but, the hotel in general doesn’t offer great parking. All the staff was amazing, welcoming and pleasant.

Convenient location, but...
Great location near local attractions. Valet parking a plus. Our room was not very comfortable. Both chairs are lightly padded -- very hard. There was no light in one corner of the room. The room has a 50-year-old-technology HVAC unit which was noisy and ineffective. The shower door would not stay closed when showering. Toilet seats is not soft-close. Etc.

This was a great stay. From the valet staff to the front desk to the bartenders and to the cleanliness and fresh smell upon entering room attesting to professionalism of the housekeeping staff, we were very impressed with all the people working at the hotel. It’s a great location off 27, easy walking to the aquarium and in good weather not a bad walk to the Choo Choo. Price not bad for what we felt was a very luxurious property. We would recommend staying here for any visitor to Chattanooga.
