The staff were very helpful. There breakfast was really good. The beds were comfortable and great water pressure in the shower. Nice restaurants within walking distance too!

I think they should include parking for FREE , or tell u upfront about it, only had valet and it cost me $25, otherwise enjoyable

The sink in the bathroom didn’t drain. I had to change rooms in the middle of the night. Parking is paid. The parking lot next to hotel doesn’t belong to the hotel. Breakfast was good. Bed was comfy. AC worked fine. They sent me message asking about checkout time even though I told them I will let them know if I want to extend stay before 11. Even though I had to stay for a month, I will take my business somewhere else after reading such message. Not my loss. Overall if you are traveling without a car and need a place to crash this is an okay place - just check everything in the room works fine before checking in and you ‘d be good.

We planned this trip for a church convention after finding out the same day that there was no parking for guess and a $25 overnight charge was mind blowing added to my cost in which we were on a budget the staffs never greeted you in the morning or anytime of the day it was us that had to get their attention to say hi. Definitely will never book again at this hotel.

Nice stay

My stay was good, but customer service is not the best.Front desk clerks are not very nice, even a "good morning" apparently was very hard to say, maybe because it was on Thanksgiving weekend I guess.The hotel was recently opened, rooms are very clean and nice and love the bathroom, very modern. Breakfast was excellent as well, even though I never saw any employee taking care of the area. Overall was a good experience but service needs to be improved.
