When we opened our door to our room we were immediately hit with the smell of mold or mildew. There was obvious water damage to the flooring. The bath tub smelled badly of mold. The room was cleaned only with the bare necessities. The water damage and smell was the worst. We should have asked for another room even though we only stayed one night. Won’t be back.

The staff at the front desk were very professional and kind. When we checked in the first room that we were given swelled like mold and the AC did not work. It was about 80 degree in the room. We requested another room and we had issues with that room too. The AC in the bedroom worked but not the AC in the living room suite. Lots of homeless people in the area.

Chattanooga Stay.
The bathrooms were beautiful. The king size bed was definitely more roomy than our queen at home but it wasnt very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and so was the coffee. My only complaint was I did find two roaches one alive in the bathroom and another one dead inside of the toilet paper packing on the new roll of tissue. The fish pond was nice as well.
