We absolutely loved the train car room. The area was amazing. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Area was great! We parked at the hotel and never moved our vehicle the whole weekend. So many restaurants and attractions within walking distance. My one draw back was the train car was dark. I completely get the love of the dark green wallpaper and velvet drapes. However, maybe add more than a 25 watt bulb somewhere. The restroom vanity (gorgeous marble btw) is not large enough for makeup and hair. So please add an extra bulb somewhere else :-)

I loved everything about The Hotel Chalet. The staff was so nice and the gentleman that brought my bags to my room was so kind and very helpful. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was so comfortable. The bed was comfortable. We will definitely stay there when we come back to Chattanooga. Extremely walkable to the area around the Choo Choo. We didn’t drive the entire trip after parking. Many restaurants and bars around. Nicely decorated interior gives vintage 20s vibes. Bed very comfortable and nice linens.
