We had an excellent time staying at the Cozy Chic property. The hot tub, tanning bed and massage chair were definitely our favorites. The sunroom was beautiful in the morning. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice and cozy
We had a very nice and cozy stay with our little family and dog. The little touches and super clean house make you feel right at home. The only downside is you do hear the family upstairs sometimes (that is disclosed in the description) so it feels a little less private. Still it’s a very nice stay and we had a great time.

We had a Great time! We loved being able to go out to the hot tub. Use a tanning bed. He used the massage chair and just be able to relax the neighborhood's. Pretty quiet The host was wonderful along with her son who helped us with the TV. And we enjoyed our stay

A pleasant little town
I took my 2 older teens to stay in Cheboygen and we had such a fun time. The house was in perfect condition. The hot tub, air hockey table, darts, and board games were all a big hit with my kids. We had a blast. There were definitely times we could hear people right on the other side of the wall and that was a little unnerving, but once we got used to it, we just laughed it off and went about our day. Oh! And the massage chair was amazing! That got as much use as the hot tub!

30th Birthday party for my wife
Hot tub was nice and hot! We enjoyed the massage chair too. It was a convenient locacion to everything down town and only about 15 minutes to Mackinaw city. There were many personal touches such as a Happy Birthday banner the host had put up prior to our arrival. Overall 10 out of 10 experience!

Dream get away!
We had such an amazing time staying here! After a day of hiking in the UP, being able to come here, chill out by playing air hockey and darts, then relaxing our aching muscles in the hot was perfect. I have never had a better time at a rental. The place was clean, everything was labeled and there was so much to do just IN the house! The only suggestion I would give to future guests, is to bring your house slippers if you are coming in the winter. The floors are cold since they are wood. But this shouldn't stop anyone. We will be back FOR SURE!

This is a great property, close to lots of up north activities. My husband and I were very comfortable in our two night stay. The host has great communication and there were many extras that a listing can't cover. We felt right at home!

Excellent place to stay!
While we only stayed for one night, everything was easy and stress free. Jessica was great, very responsive and extremely accommodating. The location is perfect and the house is very organized. The little touches, such as homemade hand scrub and fancy coffee, make it feel very homey.

My husband and our dogs stayed for a couple of nights and we loved it. Jessica was an incredible host and very responsive when I had questions. The house is an older updated home and the floor plan worked very well for us. Jessica has a real eye for decor and the furnishings made it a very comfortable stay. The front porch was probably my favorite sitting in the massage chair and relaxing. Besides from this, the bed was comfy and nice linens. The kitchen has everything you need and the bathroom has nice fluffy towels and great lighting. There is a convenient store right around the corner which was also nice to bop over and grab snacks. We ordered take out from Duncan Pizza (we had pasta) and it was very good as well as had lunch at one of the places Jessica had in her book… the name escapes me but a nicer bar restaurant atmosphere. If we are ever in the area again, I will certainly not hesitate to book a stay here again. You will not be disappointed.

Nice stay in Cheboygan
Jessica the host was very responsive. All the little added touches are really nice, like the fresh eggs, candy dishes, etc. This is a unique older home, very cozy. About 15min walk to downtown and restaurants. The gas station next store has a decent market so it was nice to walk to for snacks, fruit, etc. We went up to Mackinaw which is less than 30min drive.
