Get ready to relax in this newly refinished 2-bedroom cabin in Topinabee. This awesome property features 1 queen bed, 2 bunk beds (twin over full) perfect for a family or fishing getaway. Enjoy the quaint living room with a cozy sofa bed for extra guests. With amenities like WiFi, a washing machine, and heating, guests will feel right at home. A lovely sun porch with large windows and heat source for winter. Back door has coat hooks and bench to put on boots. Experience what Mullet Lake and surrounding areas have to offer with a stay at our cottage. The northern Michigan trail system is accessible one block away. Located 20 mins from Mackinaw bridge, 10 minutes from quaint Cheboygan and Indian River. 30 minutes from beautiful Petoskey. Beaches of all kinds ( Lake Huron, Lake Michigan and of course Mullet Lake). Property has plenty of parking space for boat or trailer. Located near ski resorts and very active snow mobile area. Year round fun for everyone! FYI.we are on well water and have a septic tank. Please no flushing of anything other than toilet paper. Washer, shower and dishwasher have to be used separately because of well. We have 2 on demand hot water heaters. Dishes under sink, in white cabinet or on the shelves. When you leave please strip any bed that were slept in. Dirty towels go in laundry basket. Can turn dishwasher on when you leave and garbage is on left side of the house. Enjoy!

Great family getaway.
The Duck cottage included all necessary items to enjoy our stay in northern Michigan. The owners were prompt to respond and included detailed information. Definitely a place we will come back to.
