Summer Getaway on Lake Huron

Updates include new carpet, fresh paint, light fixtures, ceiling fans, tamper resistant outlets (safe for young children) and many new furnishings that will make your next vacation spot feel very clean and comfortable. The open concept layout allows for easy relaxation and gatherings with friends and family. Ideal set up to work from with high speed wi-fi available throughout entire cabin and backyard.

The family room has a functioning wood burning fireplace, large bay window and spacious sectional couch that opens to the dining room where you can sit up to 8 people. The kitchen has the original handmade knotty pine cabinets, refrigerator, stove, pots, pans, new silverware, cooking utensils, cutting boards, new glasses and wine glasses, coffee mugs, coffee maker, toaster and microwave. We also have plates, cups and utensils for the kiddies! While preparing meals, enjoy the views of the lake or woods. Does not have a dishwasher.

Off the family room there is a small porch that has a charcoal grill making it easy to cook and socially hang out with your friends and family.

The screened in sunporch is right off the kitchen with amazing views of the lake. It has a table that gives you another spot to enjoy meals at. The room has LOADS of board games that will keep you entertained for the week!

The bathroom has a full tub and double sink vanity making it easy for the whole family to get ready at once!

Two bedrooms have queen beds with mattress toppers (one bedroom has a ceiling fan) and the third bedroom has a twin bunkbed and an infant/toddler crib.

Laundry room has a brand new (Spring 2022) full size stacked washer and dryer.

By renting this cabin you will have access to 4 family-friendly lakefront parks with small beaches only a short walk away.

The cabin is located near many local attractions, such as Mackinac Island, Mullet Lake, Burt Lake, Cheboygan State Park, and Pigeon River State Forest.

Thousands of acres of nearby state land provide endless opportunity for outdoor activities like hiking, biking, boating, fishing, kayaking and snowmobiling.

Summer season rented Saturday to Saturday only. Professionally cleaned before each stay. No pets. No smoking or vaping. No parties.
