The hotel itself was very nice. My issue is the lack of information on their website regarding the airport shuttle details. I sent two requests on separate days using their “ Contact Us “ option on the website asking about this process and never received a reply. Due to this we had to pay to take a train and walk a LONG way after traveling to get to the hotel.

Nice rest before the morning flight. Hotel does offer shuttle to and from airport. It’s also located quite close to the airport so taxi fare is fairly cheap.

Really nice hotel, great location for the airport with handy shuttle service in between and easy access to metro station to get into the city. Wish we had been staying longer so we could use the pool!

I stood here for a 16 hour layover, it was the best decision I made. They have shuttle bus service to and from the airport. It is about a 6min drive, or 1 stop on the train from the airport. The room is small but very comfortable. If you are coming from the United States I recommend bringing portable charger because they have different charger ports. Its about 30 mins from the city of Hong Kong.
