Hotel was extremely nice and clean. We enjoyed the Dizzy restaurant in the hotel. It had a great atmosphere and food was amazing. Room had plenty of room and layout was great. Only complaint about room was pillows and water pressure in shower. Jacoby that checked in was very rude and disrespectful. We booked a king room through Hotels.com and he told me we didn’t. When I showed him the receipt to prove I did. He got an attitude with me and then asked if I wanted the room or not. Jacoby didn’t try anything to change our rooms to what we paid for. I was in shock by the way he acted and treated us. Outside of check experience everything wonderful.
