This Hyatt Place is much better than some of its own. However, it is showing signs of wear. 4th floor hallway AC out for the entire 4 days and the AC in room may need a filter change. The staff ,outstanding as usual.
The staff and management went above and beyond expectations in the areas of cleaning, friendliness and overall enjoyment of their jobs. It was a pleasure staying at the property
I had to try 3 rooms because the first two were dirty. The air smells awful and the thermostat did not work right. I’ve stayed at plenty of Hyatts and this was the worst.
Horrible, disgusting, gross room! The carpet was dirty, there were stains on the pullout sofa, the refrigerator was wobbly, and the bathroom floor was dirty. The towels were worn and there was no tissue in tissue box!! Never will we stay in this hotel again!!
