We felt welcomed by the staff and their hospitality. We were happy with the internet speed and variety of menu items at breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a bit of confusion during check-in with the 3 rooms not being under the same name even though it was under 1 reservation, but it worked out. We were able to participate in the Christmas Eve event, and our nephew and niece greatly enjoyed the kids’ corner/arts and craft activities.

We booked a family room and it was very clean and spacious. It was nice having the extra bedroom. I loved this hotel and really enjoyed sitting out on the front porch in the evening. I would definitely come back here!

The room was clean and staff were professional and service oriented. As there were three of us staying in the room, I had expected the extra bed to be placed in the room when we checked in the evening. Nevertheless the staff were swift in getting ready the extra bed. Felt the lift was rather small and had to wait for a while in the morning before we could enter the lift. The hotel is located to next to the night markets, very convenient if you are doing last minute shopping.

Dusit rooms are decent for a normal stay. Staff are friendly. Services are good. Loved their cocktail buffet. Walking distance to everything you need. Bustling area. Only thing bathroom shower area water flow is slow, so water can flow out if not careful.
